Chase Stone Barn Historic Preservation Project

The Chase Stone Barn Historic Preservation Project came with strict governing guidelines. As one of the last surviving all-fieldstone barns in the country, the fundraising committee wanted to make this the focal point for the new Chase Stone Barn Park. IEI General Contractors managed the project and performed some of the concrete and carpentry work. The restored and repaired barn opened in 2013 and now features a rustic museum inside the former stable area.
