Training Emphasis Keeps Company at the Forefront of Contractors In Green Bay
DE PERE, Wis. – Foremen and tradesmen from IEI General Contractors Inc. will be attending a series of training events this spring as the company maintains its focus on worksite safety and a leadership role among contractors in Green Bay.
“Continuing education and training are the most important factors in maintaining jobsite safety,” said IEI chairman Mike Johnson. “Our solid safety record has its roots in a corporate culture that values attention to detail, and that’s something we make a top priority year after year.”
IEI employees will attend Association of General Contractors of Wisconsin events including the Interior Systems Construction Safety Program and the Safety Day 2015 program.
In addition, IEI foremen will go through the Pro 10 certification course developed by the Regional Council of Carpenters. The program centers on creating a supportive team approach on the jobsite with a focus on safety, communication, mutual respect and professionalism.
