Bank construction contracts range from remodeling to new buildings
Bank construction in Wisconsin has become a specialty market segment over the past several years for IEI General Contractors, Inc. on the heels of a wide range of completed construction and remodeling projects. Our dependable crews and the quality of our work continue to provide value for banks large and small.
IEI has a longstanding relationship with Greenleaf Bank, formerly Greenleaf Wayside Bank, in southern Brown County. We built the bank’s main branch in Greenleaf after the organization outgrew its original location in Wayside, and a few years later we served as the general contractor and masonry specialist for its new branch in Wrightstown. The bank has brought us in for additional alterations as needed ever since.
Associated Bank, the largest bank by asset size headquartered in Wisconsin, is IEI’s most significant client when it comes to bank construction in Wisconsin. While we share the same Green Bay area home base, Associated has called upon IEI to complete bank construction, remodeling and repair work throughout the eastern half of Wisconsin.
IEI’s bank construction in Wisconsin is not limited to new buildings
Our relationship with Associated Bank illustrates the variety of capabilities we offer under the broad category of bank construction in Wisconsin. IEI played a pivotal role when the organization returned to Green Bay, completing a six-month project to turn the former Regency Center’s 112,000 square feet of space into the bank’s new headquarters without disrupting daily operations.
Associated’s comfort level with IEI then led to a unique project with the Green Bay Packers and its architectural partner, RINKA, for a unique bank construction project in the Titletown District. We coordinated efforts of these three organizations to create Associated Titletown, a building owned by the Packers that serves as a bank, event center, and a place for fans to gather on game day, complete with interactive activities.
Traditional bank construction projects for Associated include a new 3,000-square-foot branch in West De Pere that features a new rustic bronze color scheme, a remodeling project at its Neenah branch that doubled the number of teller locations, and a new small town prototype branch in Eagle River covering just 1,200 square feet.
IEI self-performs multiple aspects of construction projects in Wisconsin as well as our other prominent roles as a school building contractor, medical facility contractor and bank construction contractor. We would be honored to bid on your next project.
