Facility maintenance refers to general work IEI General Contractors can complete on an as-needed basis without needing a separate building permit. Our jobsite foremen are capable of handling virtually any issue that needs attention such as:
- Repairing or replacing non-structural concrete
- Masonry tuck pointing
- Upgrading interior and exterior finishes (i.e. flooring, wall coverings, painting, ceilings, siding)
- Repairing or replacing doors and windows
- Installing various owner equipment
- Repairing or installing casework
- Repairing damage from water leaks
